We would rather offer one good version of something than twenty that all look the same. It takes longer to build a shop that way, but it is the kind of shop we would want to buy from ourselves.
So the range grows slowly, and everything on it is here because we would happily have it in our own house.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 working days and spend a further 7 to 9 working days in transit — usually 8 to 14 working days in total. Parcels are dispatched from our suppliers' warehouses outside the United Kingdom, which is why it takes longer than a domestic parcel.
What does delivery cost?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order to a United Kingdom address, and no charge is added at the final step of checkout.
Can I return something?
You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to 30 days. You pay the return postage for a change of mind; we pay it if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. You get a dispatch email with the number, and you can follow it on our Track my order page.
How do I get in touch?
Email info@oakmerrow.com with your order number. A person reads it and answers within one working day.
