We do not sell personal information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have. There is therefore nothing for you to opt out of in the sense those laws use the word.
What we do share, and why
We pass personal data to the parties that need it to complete your order — our hosting provider, our payment providers, our suppliers and their carriers, our email provider and our accountant. Each may use it only for the task we have given them. The privacy policy lists them and explains the legal basis.
Advertising cookies
Where you have consented, we use cookies that measure whether an advertisement led to a visit. You can refuse them in the banner on your first visit, or withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings, without affecting your ability to shop.
How to make a request
Email info@oakmerrow.com with the subject line "Do not sell my personal information". We will confirm within one month, and sooner where we can. We may ask you to verify your identity first. There is no charge and we will not treat you differently for asking.
Your wider rights
Whatever your location, you can ask us for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or to object to processing. The privacy policy sets out each of those and how to use them.
