We write our own product descriptions from the information our suppliers give us and from the products themselves. We check them, but we cannot promise that every specification is free of error, and manufacturers occasionally change a product without telling us.
Product information
Colours on your screen will not match the item exactly. Measurements for clothing are the measurements of the garment and may vary slightly between pieces. Where a size chart comes from the manufacturer we say so on the product page.
If something arrives that does not match its description, that is a breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will put it right — see the refund policy.

Using our products safely
Follow the instructions supplied with each product. Keep electrical items away from water unless the product page states that they are water resistant, and charge them with the cable supplied. Keep small parts away from young children.
Availability
We try to keep the shop accurate, but an item can sell out between your order and our checking it. Where that happens we tell you straight away and refund you in full.
