Delivery is free on every order to a United Kingdom address. Nothing is added at the final step of checkout.
Orders are checked and prepared within 1 to 5 working days, then spend a further 7 to 9 working days in transit — usually 8 to 14 working days in total. Parcels ship from our suppliers' warehouses outside the United Kingdom, which is why it takes longer than a domestic parcel. Returns & refunds
You have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we extend that to 30 days from the day your order arrives.
You pay the return postage for a change of mind. We pay it if the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described — and in that case you are covered for longer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
