Product description
Lift one ball, let go, and watch momentum travel down the line.
A desk can feel a bit lifeless during long calls or study sessions. This Newton's cradle hangs five polished steel balls on fine threads between two open frames, so when you release the end ball it clicks against the row and sends the far ball swinging out. The rhythm carries on for a while before it settles, which makes it a quiet focal point on a desk, bookshelf or side table. The clean, square frame comes in black or white to suit the room.
Why this pendulum earns a place on the desk
- Classic motion: shows the transfer of energy and momentum in a way anyone can see.
- Five steel balls: shiny, evenly matched spheres hung on fine threads.
- Open frame: two rectangular frames give a light, modern outline from every angle.
- Compact size: 6.1 × 3.3 × 4.5 in (15.5 × 8.5 × 11.5 cm), easy to fit beside a monitor.
- Two colours: black for contrast or white for a minimal desk.
